Begining to feel pretty festive now! I think you really cant go wrong with Grand Prix Roses at Christmas they are so generous and velvety and always add a touch of glamour!Add some Ilex berries,Ivy and Cinamon for scent and you have a classic timeless arrangement which would look divine with candlelight...
Can you believe it-I have an iceskating rink right outside my studio! To celebrate I went for a riverside ramble with my dog and collected all these delicious ingredients for a Christmas wreath for my studio door. I found some great papery dried Hydrangeas,Juicy red berries and green bobbled Ivy.A foraged wreath-with some cinamon from my kitchen! Now im off for some mulled wine and a skate!

My favourite winter wedding I have done was lots of Pussy Willow and white Hyacinths for scent. The wedding was in the evening in a candlelit church. The pew ends where pussy willow and Hyacinth and filled the whole church with a dreamy scent. The pussy willow wreaths hung on the walls and where used later in the middle of the reception tables with a candle in a hurricane vase.Later they were given as gifts with the glass willow bowls which were also used to decorate the ceremony and reception.
You have to love mistletoe-a berry that invites kisses and grows all over the countryside in the UK.I would love to do a white winter wedding with balls of mistletoe everywhere. The bridesmaids could carry mistletoe pomanders and a giant ball could hang over the couple during the ceremony and reception.
